Nike's latest iteration of the Max, inspired by Mad Max: Fury Road for a futuristic design bricolage and an advanced development of the history of the Air Max line and while this isn't forever without elements, the design certainly wouldn't look out of place in the Mad Max world. With an edgy look, the Nike Air Max Furyosa NRG brings something new and powerful to combine Fashion and comfort. Air units stack on the heel of bold innovations combined with cushioning on the heel and an ultra-cushioned tongue, so you feel like you've just stepped into your favorite pair of sandals. If that's not enough, the dual strap system lets you express yourself the way you want, adding creativity to 5-star quality.
Above the midsole, the upper offers a retro futuristic look with a mix of silver and black tones from mesh to leather and synthetics. The mudguard looks a bit wavy, this time Nike draws inspiration from the Air Max 98 series, with toe caps that are also reminiscent of the Air Max 270.
