Adidas Originals and the iconic Berlin retailer OVERKILL present the latest in the groundbreaking a-zx series.

Founded in 1992 as Graffiti Magazine, OVERKILL has grown into one of the most famous sneaker stores in the world in nearly 20 years.

OVERKILL was originally named after the moment the spray can exploded and spattered unpredictable colors.

OVERKILL congratulates its roots by rethinking the adidas archive ZX franchise with this ZX 8500 OVERKILL.
Created as an ode to graffiti culture, the ZX8500 OVERKILL combines many features from a variety of zx000 series silhouettes.

Based on the iconic ZX8000 silhouette, the
ZX5000 lace ghillie and ZX9000 overlays have been added to the vibrant neon yellow, pink and purple uppers .

Pushing the influence of graffiti culture to the front, it features a concrete-like toe overlay that matches the embroidery of OVERKILL,
an OK tag on both tongues, and a spray can warning sign on the heel cap.

The final look is a removable shoe cover with an OVERKILL OK tag printed on the outside , designed to protect the sneaker while the wearer is spray painting.

And in commemoration of the release of adidas Originals ZX8500 OVERKILL, a limited number of T-shirts were released in collaboration with OVERKILL, a sneaker shop representing Berlin , Germany, and atmos.

A print that fuses the OVERKILL and atmos logos, which are colored in multiple colors centering on the color used for this ZX8500, and
below that, the names of both cities are given as a proof of friendship between Berlin and Tokyo.
